The Merrill Apartments are a Rural Development funded, 12 unit project located at 656 West 3rd Street in Merrill Oregon. The apartments offer two bedroom townhome style living on a quiet dead end street.  On-site laundry facilities.  USDA Rural Development subsidizes rents and tenants pay 30% of their adjusted annual income.  Rent include water, sewer and garbage.
