Brickstone Village

Brickstone Village provides decent and safe rental housing for eligible low-income families.  Units are 2 and 3 bedroom duplexes with some scattered site 4 bedroom houses.  Tenants are required to pay 30 percent of their income for rent.  Rent includes water, sewer and garbage.

To be income eligible a family’s income must not exceed 50 percent of the area median income limit.

All prospective tenants must have good rental references. Criminal and credit history will be checked. Proof of citizenship or eligible immigration status is required to receive assistance.
