The Bonanza Apartments are a Rural Development funded, 8 unit project located 31770 Yonna Street & 31783 Klamath Street in Bonanza Oregon.  The apartments offer two bedroom units with washer/dryer hook-ups and nice views. Applicants must meet the current USDA income limits to qualify for the Bonanza Apartments.  USDA Rural Development subsidizes rents and tenants pay 30% of their adjusted annual income.  Rent includes water, sewer and garbage.
